Everyone’s talking about Twilight and that guy Edward Cullen. I don’t know what they’re talking about so I went to National Bookstore yesterday to browse the Bestseller section. The sequel of Twilight was there but Twilight wasn’t. Sayang. I wanted to read the synopsis to see what the fuss is about that book.
And then I overheard this mom who was on the phone probably talking to her daughter:
Lady: Ano yun? Twilight? Wala ngang Twilight Zone dito!
Hahaha! I almost laughed hysterically out loud.
Anyway…here are some of the books that I want to read:
The Witch of Portobello (Paulo Coelho)
For One More Day (Mitch Albom)
The Time Traveler’s Wife (Audrey Niffenegger)
And there’s also this sequel to The Kite Runner. Add that too!
But what am I talking about, I still have pending books on my list! I’ll get back on those before filling the shelves again.

ang dami kong kilala na sobrang obsessed sa librong yan..
kahit sa mga blogs, yan ang pinaguusapan.. sabe nila, maganda daw kasi talaga ang story e.. i think its about vampires.. or something like that. hehehe
i want to read the time traveller’s wife too.. pero ang dami ko pang books na di pa natatapos at meron pang nakaline up na bibilhin. hehe

The Twilight series was a page turner… super exciting basahin! I was sleep-deprived for several nights because I got hooked. =P Nice and fun read, but I didn’t end up like those who raved and drooled over it too much. LOL!
For One More Day was good. I love Mitch Albom. =)
I bought Time Traveler’s Wife when JR and I went back to Manila last week. I’m excited to read it… soon. Was going to get The Witch of Portobello as well, but I have a whole stack of unread books pa! Lol! Books are so much cheaper back there!
